Almost five months ago, the Novitec team gave us the spectacular one Widebody Ferrari 488 GTB N-Largo presented with 772 PS. The key features of the widebody kit: a 209 centimeter fat rear (+ 14 centimeters), massive side panels with rear air vents, matching front fenders give the front 7 centimeters more width, side skirts with air intakes, a complete new front apron with front spoiler, a rear apron velvet powerful diffuser, side flaps and of course the fixed rear wing. And these changes are now also for the Spider available because Novitec presented the days the Novitec N-Largo Ferrari 488 Spider!
As early as May it was announced that they would also manufacture 11 Spiders in addition to the limited 11 copies of the Coupe. And of course there is not only the body kit for the open temptation from Italy but also all other components that the coupé can call its own. Specifically, this means an increase in performance using the NOVITEC ROSSO N-TRONIC control module in connection with changes to the hardware to insane 568 kW / 772 PS & 892 Nm torque at 7.950 rpm. give the inmates a big grin. The whole thing is underpinned here by a stainless steel sports exhaust system with 100-cell sports catalysts (optional made from INCONEL material) including electronic sound management, the background noise of which, however, is much more present to the passengers due to the missing roof.
Of course, the Spider also gets a new chassis set-up from a lowering by about 35 millimeters (+ hydraulic chassis system - front lift system) and the NOVITEC N-LARGO NF6 NL wheel set in 22 & 21 inches known from the Coupé. And there is also exclusivity in the interior because new carbon, leather or Alcantara accents and chic details such as the carbon paddles set an exclamation point. These are the changes to the Ferrari 488 GTB N-Largo Spider:
- limited to 22 pieces (11 Coupe and 11 convertibles)
- Novitec N-Largo widebody kit (209 centimeters wide at the rear (+14 centimeters), new rear side panels with large air openings, matching inner fenders, front fenders replaced by N-LARGO specimens (front axle a total of 7 centimeters wider), side skirts with sophisticated air inlets, new front apron with front spoiler and rear apron with integrated diffuser, side flaps, large rear wing)
- Top speed increased from 205 mph (330 km / h) to 212 mph (342 km / h), 0-100 km / h in 2,8 seconds, 100-200km / h in 4,1 seconds, 80-150km / h in 3 seconds
- NOVITEC N-LARGO NF6 NL Rims (three-piece, 21 front and 22 rear, forged, nine and twelve inches wide, high performance 255 / 30 ZR 21 front and 335 / 25 ZR 22 rear)
- new carbon, leather or alcantara parts in the interior (e.g. interior with carbon rocker switches, exclusive equipment in leather and alcantara, every color and every upholstery design can be made)
- Novitec lowering (hydraulic chassis system for all Ferrari 488 models - approx. 35 millimeters lower, hydraulic front lift system, can be raised by 40 millimeters at the push of a button in the cockpit)
- Performance increase - (chip tuning using NOVITEC ROSSO N-TRONIC control module in connection with changes to the hardware to 568 kW / 772 PS & 892 Nm at 7.950 rpm, can be activated at the push of a button on the steering wheel)
- Stainless steel Novitec sports exhaust system (optional INCONEL variant Formula 1 material, with electronic sound management)
- 100-cell sport catalysts
- black side indicators and reflector
- black additional brake light with LED technology
