Widebody kit from Liberty Walk on the Toyota Supra (A90)

At the beginning of June, the Japanese tuner Liberty Walk Performance has an extensive tuning program for the current one Toyota Supra announced. In terms of time, however, they were clearly behind the competition from PandemKuhl-racing or TOM's, all of whom had their vehicles at the start at the SEMA Auto Show 2019. But the wait was worth it, because now the widened version from Liberty Walk has also been completed. However, not as we hoped as "LB ★ Silhouette WORKS ”kit, but as a "normal" version. In other words, there are the typical flared fenders all around with exposed screw connections and not the completely new body parts with seamless integration. In addition, you can see the previously announced rear wing on the black photo vehicle and the aprons have also changed. At the front there was a large polishing lip and integrated canards and the apron at the back received both sides great approaches for a visual transition to the rear extensions.

powerful appearance also in white

A new bonnet with two large air vents, which is even built into the current vehicle, is also optionally available. Surprisingly, however, the rear diffuser with the central tail light is the standard component. However, the diffuser is made by means of a sports exhaust system with a blue burnt one tailpipes skillfully staged. By the way, our personal highlight is the fixed rear wing. In combination with the many other modifications it is simply indispensable. The body kit is available in a variant made of GRP or carbon. If you choose the carbon program with a bonnet, you have to pay a good 19.000 US dollars without import costs & Co. And should there ever be an LB ★ Silhouette WORKS kit, then double the amount will probably be due.

Incidentally, the price does not include the new wheel set with the fat ADVAN tires, the aforementioned sports exhaust system and the lowering. The rims are in-house LB drop center rims with 6 spokes in matt black and glossy black and the lowering can be achieved as always using AirRexAirride-Air landing gear. And the black photo vehicle has apparently also received a few changes in the cabin. You can see two carbon sports bucket seats in red from Bride and the back seat has apparently also been removed. We do not currently have any more details about the Liberty Walk Supra. If we receive information on further changes that have not been mentioned before, there will of course be an update for this report, as always. This Liberty Walk Supra looks like a widebody stormtrooper in white. We have decided to also present this copy on LD97 Alus, with FI Exhaust sports exhaust system, AirRex Airride & Co. As far as we know, it is only the official second copy. The kit starts at an affordable $ 14.850 and can also be ordered without a hood. However, if you order the carbon version, at least 19.030 US dollars are due. Then, however, the huge wing is in the style of the GR Supra HyperBoost Edition or the 3000GT from last year's SEMA Show.

News from 18.03.2021

The initially linked Supra in black has a new look for 2021 with gold accents receive. At first glance, the style is reminiscent of the tuner Manhart Performance. But it has nothing to do with that. Instead, it's a John Player Special (JPS) Outfit. And the look of the old F1 racing cars looks great on the widened Japanese. The rear fender flares with Batmobile look, the hood, the aprons and much more are coated with the famous John Player Special (JPS) paint. The JPS cigarette branding With the golden lines and graphics on the black body, it was practically French fashion for racing cars in the 1970s and sometimes it became a special edition for customers of brands such as Lotus, Ford, BMW or Norton.
