Can you still remember when we end up over the wrong 2016 Widebody VW Golf GTI RS MK7 on Vossen VPS-317 rims have reported? The bullet was widened so extremely at the front and rear that 285 slippers could be easily driven on both axles and the GTI literally "stuck" on the road. From exactly this vehicle there are now new pictures on a set of Vossen LC-106 rims that you see HERE can watch. At this point we would like to concentrate on a completely different vehicle, namely the one by Autrey McVicker (@dwsparts), which was also based on a VW Golf MK7 GTI and was also photographed with the MK7 from back then. Here, too, an extremely elaborate Rocket Bunny wide body kit was installed and the end result is phenomenal here too. The Golf belongs to the tuning company DWS Parts and should probably also serve as a presentation object on the whole line.
The highlight, of course, is the Rocket-Bunny-Breitbau-Bodykit which consists of screwed on extremely large fender flares all around, a powerful front spoiler, a roof spoiler, new side skirts and a large diffuser. The other highlight is definitely the golden Vossen Wheels LC-109T wheelset in 20 × 10.5 inches in front and huge 20 × 12 inches in the back. Please note that this combination is installed on a VW Golf and not on a Dodge Viper, the extreme Radlauf broadening give but now this freedom. If you look closely you can see through the openings of the rims that the brake system has been revised, here carried out immediately an Audi TT RS brake, including perforated discs, their service. Of course, such a project also includes an extreme lowering and here nothing else can be installed as an Air Lift Performance Airride suspension that makes it possible to push the body to the last millimeter to the road at the touch of a button. Visually, the MK7 is rounded off with a beautiful dark blue foliation and of course a lot of golden accents, including an advertising message, are a must (by AutoFlex Coatings).
And if you look so extremely brutal, you have to go much more brutal and so it is no wonder that an increase in performance was made. Unfortunately, we do not currently have any figures on the result, but we know that with Unitronic Stage 2 chip tuning software, CTS turbocharger FMIC, downpipe and a Kustomz Unlimited sports exhaust system including centrally placed tailpipes in R36 optics, there is certainly a lot more going on under the hood . And the interior does not remain untouched either and so, for example, a high-quality Sony audio system including trunk extension was installed and the new Sparco R333 bucket seats are also retrofitted. If we get more information about the modifications to the MK7, there is of course, as always, an update for this report.
