New soft luggage solutions from BMW Motorrad (2021)

With the new Black Collection, BMW Motorrad is expanding its broad portfolio to include soft luggage solutions that are the ideal complement to the bikes for all weather conditions. True to the motto “For man and machine”, the collection was developed based on the needs of BMW Motorrad customers. Regardless of whether it is a tank bag, tail bag or hip bag - all components of the extensive collection impress with their functional, innovative and consistent design. In the large assortment there is the perfect piece of luggage for every application and every adventure.

Tank bag Black Collection, large (GS)

The large Black Collection tank bag made of hard-wearing, TPU-coated polyester fabric offers numerous clever details. In addition to the lockable, rubberized and water-repellent 2-way zipper, there is another one on the main compartment Volume expansion from 13 to 18 liters created.

The removable inner bag with roll closure is waterproof. Mesh compartments on the side walls in the main compartment and an outside pocket offer additional storage space. This variant of the Black Collection tank bags is ideally matched to touring bikes and roadsters. It sits like a glove on a semicircular tank shape with its non-slip foam cushions. The large tank bag is made of hard-wearing, TPU-coated polyester fabric with a waterproof, removable inner bag including a roll closure. The storage space inside can be easily accessed using a circumferential zipper on the main compartment expand from 13 to 18 liters.

The main compartment itself is closed with a water-repellent, lockable and rubberized 2-way zipper. Additional storage options are provided by an outside pocket and mesh compartments inside. Other highlights of the Black Collection are the brand new tail bags. These appear in two different sizes, one for short tours and one for longer journeys with more luggage. In both versions, the bag has a waterproof TPU coating that defies any weather. The removable inner bag is designed to be waterproof. The rubberized 2-way zipper on the main compartment is water-repellent and can also be locked for added security.

A further all-round zipper on the main compartment can be used to expand the already generous volume of the bag if necessary. A pocket on the inside of the lid and zip pockets on both sides help you organize your luggage. The high quality and functional Black Collection backpack, 30 L With its 25 and expandable storage space of up to 30 liters, it is ideal for longer tours with a little more luggage. The high quality and functional Black Collection backpack, 20 L is the ideal size for day trips, but also for the daily commute to work.
