Powerful acceleration meets sporty revving - the new Suzuki GSX-S125

the youngest model year of Suzuki's popular naked bike GSX-S125 is characterized by a few updates. In addition to the Euro 5 homologation, there are new colors and fresh decors. The engine is shared by the sportily styled Suzuki GSX-S125 naked bike with its supersport sister, the GSX-R125.

Powerful DOHC four-valve engine

The liquid-cooled, single-cylinder four-stroke engine has four valves controlled by two overhead camshafts. The injection system is equipped with a four-hole nozzle that injects the fuel directly into the two intake ducts. The result is the highest fuel efficiency and maximum power output.

The voluminous airbox as well as the high-performance exhaust system with integrated catalytic converter also meet the needs of the powerful development of power while at the same time complying with the current Euro 5 emissions standard. The cylinder's SCEM coating (Suzuki Composite Electrochemical Material) guarantees low friction losses and maximum stability. Light pistons with narrow rings, in conjunction with the flow-optimized, 32-millimeter throttle valve bodies, contribute to the revving of the spontaneously appealing four-valve engine.

agile handling on country roads and in the city

The handling of the new Suzuki GSX-S125 is as agile as the power delivery. This light-footedness ensures maximum fun during sporty journeys on the country road, as well as making journeys through the city a pure pleasure. A steering head angle of 40 degrees and a short wheelbase of 1300 millimeters predestine the GSX-S125 as a corner robber. The solidly dimensioned braking system ensures safe deceleration at all times. A 290 millimeter disc works together with a two-piston caliper on the front wheel, while the rear wheel is braked by an 187 mm disc with a single-piston caliper. The basic unit ABS 10 from Bosch intervenes in critical situations. Noble ten-spoke wheels underline the overall concept.

valuable overall concept

The GSX-S125 impresses with an outstanding standard range of equipment. These include the vertically arranged front headlights in LED design as well as the side position lights, the Suzuki Easy-Start system and the ignition lock. The dashboard of the sporty naked bike is also of a high standard. A central, easy-to-read LCD instrument is flanked by light-emitting diodes for important function and warning messages.

new colors, fresh decor

The three new color variants Metallic Triton Blue / Titan Black, Titan Black and Pearl Brilliant White / Titan Black, each of which are supplemented by new decors, are perfectly matched to the dynamic basic concept.

Availability and price

The new Suzuki GSX-S125 will be available from authorized dealers in Germany from early summer 2022. The RRP of Suzuki Deutschland GmbH is 4.300 euros, plus transfer and ancillary costs.
