Unique style thanks to the 221 edition paintwork
The Rocket 3 R 221 Special Edition comes in a striking new paintwork: the striking one Tank in Red Hopper livery and the front fender form a nice contrast to the fender brackets, the headlight housing, the fly screen, the side covers as well as the rear fairing and the radiator covers in Sapphire Black. A top-level driving experience
The 221 Special Edition models of the Rocket 3 R and GT benefit from the first-class driving characteristics and the high level of standard equipment of the current generation of rockets. This also includes the excellent suspension package: a fully adjustable Showa monoshock central spring strut with expansion tank and a 47 mm cartridge front fork from Showa, which can be adjusted in compression and rebound.

The state-of-the-art brake calipers are light and compact and have an optimized airflow for efficient cooling. On the rear wheel, the Rocket 3 is equipped with a Brembo M4.32 four-piston monobloc brake caliper and a 300 mm disc, which are otherwise more likely to be found on the front of a motorcycle.
Innovative construction details are the key to the first-class handling of the Rocket. These features include the beautifully constructed single-sided swing arm made of cast aluminum, the weight-optimized aluminum frame, the hidden, foldable passenger pegs and the internally wired roadster-style handlebar on the R model and the touring handlebar on the GT model. The wheels are made of lightweight cast aluminum with a sophisticated 20-spoke design and come with Avon Cobra Chrome tires. These were specially developed for the Rocket 3 and offer very good grip and high mileage.

The driver's seat has been shaped to provide perfect support, while the adjustable footrest systems offer two vertical positions on the R model and three horizontal positions on the GT model. The seat height is a low 773 mm for the R model and 750 mm for the GT model. These are controlled by a sophisticated inertia measuring unit that measures the roll, pitch, yaw and acceleration values of the motorcycle to calculate bank angle and apply braking and traction control accordingly
The instruments are full-color TFTs that can be tilted and have two information layouts that can be individually adapted. the Software the “My TRIUMPH” connectivity system is already installed, activated, set up and ready for use with the Bluetooth module available as an accessory.
