The successful partnership between the two British cult brands, which began with the appearance of TRIUMPH in "No Time To Die", is being continued: right on time for the 60th anniversary of the world-famous film series, TRIUMPH is presenting the particularly elaborately manufactured Speed Triple, which is exclusively limited to 60 pieces worldwide 1200RR Bond Edition. Ten copies of this series are planned for Germany and Austria, which will be awarded to prospective buyers as part of an auction starting on October 17, 2022. The additional proceeds achieved at this auction compared to the list price will be donated to a good cause. Further information on the procedure will soon be available at www.triumphmotorcycles.de.

In the last Bond adventure "No Time To Die", the TRIUMPH models Tiger 900 and Scrambler 1200 can be seen "live in action" in the spectacular action scenes. With the new special edition of the Speed Triple 1200 RR, the traditional British brand is now going one step further and presenting a sports motorcycle full of elegance and power.

With the new special series, TRIUMPH presents the next chapter as James Bond's official motorcycle partner: The 60th anniversary of the secret agent is accompanied by a unique and highly exclusive new motorcycle, the edition of which is limited to just sixty pieces worldwide - the Speed Triple 1200 RR Bond version.

Unique 007™ livery

The new Speed Triple 1200 RR Bond Edition features a lavish three-tone paint job of Black, Granite Gray and Storm Gray with the official '60 Years of Bond' anniversary logo on the tank sides. In addition, all 25 James Bond films are immortalized in their original title logos on the Bond Edition tank top, including of course the recent film No Time To Die, which began TRIUMPH's collaboration as James Bond's official motorcycle partner. The cockpit fairing features the unmistakable pistol barrel design reminiscent of what is arguably the most iconic film opening sequence of all time. The hand-painted gold trim lines on the cockpit and tail complete the elegant, unique design of the Speed Triple 1200 RR Bond Edition and make it even more desirable.

Custom made gold logo details

The understated gentlemanly look of the new Speed Triple 1200 RR Bond Edition is complemented by the high-quality, custom-made gold logos on several parts of the bike, which also complement the gold of the Öhlins front fork. The TRIUMPH triangle emblem on the tank also stands out with its unique gold detailing, which is also found on the Speed Triple 1200 RR logo on the side panel.

A special edition limited to just 60 pieces worldwide, the Speed Triple 1200 RR Bond Edition is a truly one-of-a-kind collector's item. Each copy bears its individual number as a badge on a new handlebar clamp, which also bears the official James Bond branding. As a further element of exclusivity and to protect the bike in true James Bond style, each limited edition RR comes with a bespoke 007™ interior cover with James Bond detailing. Last, but not least, each of the sixty bikes comes with an individual Certificate of Authenticity, hand-signed by Nick Bloor, the CEO of TRIUMPH.

Inspiring triple power

The Speed Triple RR features a 1160cc triple engine that combines high performance with distinctive character - the same light, efficient and powerful engine that powers the RS model. Engineered for maximum power, torque and responsiveness, it delivers an impressive peak power of 180 hp at 10.750 rpm and maximum torque of 125 Nm at 9.000 rpm. As with all TRIUMPH three-cylinder engines, the torque curve is evenly powerful - from the lower revs through the middle rev range to the top revs - a guarantee for powerful acceleration and maximum pulling power.

The low inertia motor offers excellent response and a refined and precise driving experience. The compact and lightweight 6-speed gearbox with optimized gear ratios adapts precisely to the performance curve and thus guarantees particularly smooth gear changes. The side-mounted single muffler made of brushed stainless steel with a black end cap delivers the robust sound typical of the Speed Triple.

Focused on maximum driving pleasure

The driving experience is based on the agile, precise and confidence-inspiring handling typical of TRIUMPH. This is further reinforced by the focused ergonomics of the RR with clip-on handlebars and a sporty position of the footrests. In addition, there is the standard premium equipment including the new electronically adjustable, semi-active Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 suspension, the most modern system of the brand. In addition, the Speed Triple RR is fitted with Pirelli's Diablo Supercorsa SP V3 high-performance tyres, which offer the highest level of stability, handling and grip both on the track and on the road. Lightweight Brembo Stylema monobloc brake calipers and floating 1200 mm brake discs at the front ensure the Speed Triple 320 RR has the best possible deceleration.

First class equipment and technology

The Speed Triple 1200 RR Bond Edition is equipped with a whole range of state-of-the-art rider aids, electronics and comfort features that not only make riding easier and safer, but also allow tailor-made set-up for different riding situations. The key to the premium equipment is the colored 5-inch TFT instrument panel, which comes standard with the My TRIUMPH connectivity system. Compatible with Android and IOS, the system allows for phone calls and music playback, as well as arrow navigation developed in collaboration with Google. All functions are controlled via the illuminated handlebar controls.

The RR also comes standard with TRIUMPH's most advanced cornering ABS and switchable cornering traction control. These systems use an inertial measurement unit (IMU) to measure roll, pitch, yaw and acceleration to calculate lean angle and precisely control ABS and traction control. Linked to traction control is advanced wheelie control. The RR has five riding modes – Road, Rain, Sport, User and a Track mode – as well as the TRIUMPH Shift Assist Quickshifter for optimal upshifting and downshifting without using the clutch.

The lighting, including daytime running lights, uses LED technology throughout to ensure maximum durability and efficiency. The striking rear light is integrated into the rear and has a unique light signature as well as self-switching LED turn signals.
The Speed Triple 1200 RR is also equipped with a keyless system (for ignition, steering lock and fuel cap) and fully adjustable cruise control.

Powerful appearance and elegant design

The single round headlight in the center of the cockpit fairing - with the unique gun barrel design in the Bond Edition - is a typical RR feature, giving the bike its unmistakable silhouette with elegant, clean lines.
The bike's powerful, collected image is underscored by rich, hand-crafted carbon fiber parts and special 17-inch cast alloy wheels. In short: In every detail and from every angle, the Speed Triple 1200 RR Bond Edition radiates the highest quality, maximum performance and elegant understatement.
