New color: "Cyan Storm" for Yamaha Hyper Naked models!

With a total of seven models from 125 to 1.000 cc, Yamaha's extremely successful MT model range offers a large selection of Hyper Naked Bikes. They accompany every phase of the driver's career, from young beginners to experienced veterans, and offer the perfect mix of performance and style. Unsurprisingly, this segment features some of the best-selling Yamaha models. The MT-07 and MT-09, for example, have been high on the sales charts every year since they were launched.

New color "Cyan Storm"

Yamaha offers all MT models for 2022 - with the exception of the SP versions - in the new color "Cyan Storm". The wheels are painted in cyan and the gray-black add-on parts have accents in cyan and vermilion at the rear and on the air intakes. This striking, minimalist look attracts attention and fits perfectly with the sporty, aggressive character of these muscular, high-torque naked bikes.

New 35 kW versions of the MT-09 and MT-09 SP!

The extremely popular MT-09 and its premium version MT-09 SP have been completely redesigned for 2021. Both received a new CP3 engine with 890 cc displacement and a lighter, more compact chassis. For the 2022 season, both models will be available for the first time in a 35 kW (48 PS) power version. This is a significant development in the history of the model as it expands its potential target audience. In the future, drivers with an A2 driving license will also have the opportunity to drive one of the most exciting and stylish motorcycles in this important class.

The only technical change is a new ECU that limits the maximum output to 35 kW (48 hp). The 35 kW crossplane motor of the MT-09 impresses with its linear torque curve and accelerates extremely powerfully in all gears from the low speed range. As soon as the driver has the class A driving license, an authorized Yamaha partner can convert the power-limited version to 70 kW (95 PS).

New EU5 engine for the MT-03!

With pure MT DNA and a high-torque 321 cc two-cylinder engine, the MT-03 is an ideal bike for climbers from the 125 cc class. The impressive equipment features not only include the impressive appearance, but also the 37 mm upside-down telescopic fork, the "two-eye" position lamps, the central LED headlights and the stylish LCD cockpit. For 2022, the MT-03 will receive a revised engine that meets all the requirements of the EU5 standard. The recommended retail prices will be announced shortly.
