Uncompromising: Yamaha Ténéré 700 World Raid Prototype 2022

Racing for the Next Horizon! Since its introduction, the Ténéré 700 has become an absolute top seller for Yamaha. The demand for this versatile and agile adventure bike is enormous across Europe. With its legendary, high-torque CP2 engine, compact chassis and suspension elements with long suspension travel, the Ténéré has proven to be the motorcycle that many riders have been waiting for a long time. It's a worthy successor to the original that started the Adventure category in the 80s and allowed thousands of owners to explore the world.

Thanks to the outstanding off-road capabilities of the Ténéré 700, many thousands of drivers were able to satisfy their thirst for adventure on long-distance trips, rallies and extreme tours. Many of them have gone to great lengths to upgrade their Ténéré 700 according to their personal needs. Their stories inspired new explorers to set new goals and explore the area beyond the next horizon.

The movement that has emerged over time has led Yamaha to think about the next evolution of the Ténéré 700. Today, Yamaha is proud to be able to write a new chapter in the Ténéré story with the launch of the Ténéré 700 Raid Prototype. The high-quality equipped raid bike was developed by Yamaha in Europe with the assistance of the experienced off-road riders Alessandro Botturi and Pol Tarrés. The goal was to exploit the full raid potential of the Ténéré 700. That is why the two off-road professionals extensively tested the prototype in the Moroccan desert.

That's just the beginning.

The Ténéré 700 raid prototype is soon ready to conquer new horizons and write new stories that enrich the Ténéré legend for a new generation of adventure riders.
