Practical: MiniFalcon as 250W e-scooter for the bag

[Display]

The e-scooters have been officially available in Germany for a few months now. Large cities such as Hamburg and Munich already have well over 3.000 in operation and in Berlin there are even over 10.000. And of course we don't hide from the little speedsters and have a look at one of them. Especially the MiniFalcon, which is extremely small as a 250W e-scooter. The MiniFalcon e-scooter is compact, powerful and, if desired, really fast. It is the first high-performance electric scooter that can be packed in a bag. And the project team behind it has now started to bring the prototype into production. The MiniFalcon Roller was especially developed to be easily taken to the office, the park or the cafe. It can be folded up to a length of approx. 60 cm and yet the small model offers very high performance. There are also many different security functions and good battery life.

The high-performance e-scooter is portable and the 250 watt motor is silent. A maximum speed of 16 mph is reached, which corresponds to about 25 km / h. In the self-test with a 78 kg driver, however, the scooter settled down on a straight line at 20 km / h. Children, on the other hand, easily reach the specified 25 km / h. The e-scooter impresses with a quick charge of only 2 hours and the battery itself is described as being particularly durable. The scooter even has a kinetic energy recovery system and a highly efficient shock absorber. In addition, there is aluminum from the aviation industry, dual rear wheel brake technology, puncture-proof tires and a digital display for viewing the most important information. The kinetic energy recovery system ensures that the battery is recharged when braking and when driving downhill, so everyone can stay on the road longer. The specialty, however, is that the scooter, as already mentioned, can be folded to a size that it fits in a larger backpack or bag.

What makes the e-scooter still outstanding?

The body is made of aluminum, making it very light and durable. The aluminum of this type is also used in aviation. The anti-lock braking system enables everyone to maintain steering control in the event of an obstacle. However, we have the impression that the electronic brake not is powerful enough. Other providers have already implemented this better. The compact dimensions are fascinating. The full-fledged e-scooter can be folded up in a few seconds. The pack size is particularly reduced by the foldable and retractable handlebar, the triple shrink handlebar and the rear folding bike. If you want to take the scooter in a backpack, you will find the specially developed backpack from the manufacturer, but alternatively a larger bag also works. In any case, the team behind the MiniFalcon has thought along and skilfully implemented the engineering and innovative product design. The manufacturer is concerned that the product of a daily need is improved. The MiniFalcon is designed to make urban traffic more practical and user-friendly. And that could work. Today's electric scooters are becoming more and more conventional, which is why many improvements have been put into practice in the MiniFalcon. PS. a video of the assembly of the MiniFalcon can be found below.

Update

News from 07.04.2020

Sorry, but we would have to correct ourselves completely. The almost "unused" scooter should now be a fun pastime in times of Corona. The result: A woman weighing 65 kg falls because the scooter breaks into two parts when driving at full speed! That could have turned out really bad! Conclusion: hands off, not recommended. Feedback from the manufacturer - none!

Maybe there will soon be an update with information and pictures. If this is the case we will of course also put it online and inform you about it.

  1. hello, tuningblog what a nice scooter.
    i have a question.
    When a 78-kilogram passenger climbs a slope,
What degree of slope can you go up the force of the scooter?
    thanks
