500 PS 12 cylinder and KW chassis in the VW "LUPO"

today we introduce you to a tuned VW Lupo. The car was not refined by a special tuning team but, as far as we know, was set up by a private tuning enthusiast named Petar Biocic (or better wheels) who used tuning parts from several suppliers. In addition to the visibly modified body, the Lupo carries the real highlights under the sheet metal. With two six-cylinder engines (2.8 liter V6 from the VW Golf 4 at the front and a Seat Leon Cupra at the rear - Leon generation 1M six-cylinder), the Lupo, including the NOS nitrous oxide injection, has a good 500 hp with a logically insane power-to-weight ratio. Personally, I always like these tuning conversions best because such a car was usually refined much more individually than a car with a tuning program from just one provider. We already know a few details about the tuning and the parts installed on the VW Lupo. What we have learned we have listed below for you in a summary.

Ps. Even more privately tuned vehicles can be found in ours Selfmade category!

These are the known changes to the car:

  • Front engine = 2.8 liter V6 from VW Golf 4 (204 PS)
  • Bonnet with GRP bulge
  • OZ Superleggera rims (8 x 18 inches)
  • 215 / 35er Falken FK452 tires all around
  • yellow painted calipers from the Porsche Cayenne
  • Rear axle with saddles from the Audi RS2
  • Brake discs from the VW Golf 4 R32 and Audi RS4
  • Rear engine = six-cylinder with 204 hp from the Seat Leon Cupra (Leon generation 1M)
  • nitrous oxide engine
  • extended roll cage
  • Rear without floor pan
  • Radiator behind the front bumper
  • Cable six-speed transmission from the Golf 4 V6
  • Compression and rebound adjustable KW coilover kit variant 3 (front and rear axles with stainless steel struts)

Certainly, new information and certainly new pictures and videos about this car will soon be online. As soon as this is the case, we will of course inform you and put the new data online.
