Already in the year 2010 Audi presented the A7 Sportback (internal type designation 4G) to the public. Compared to the Mercedes-Benz CLS and the BMW 6 Series Gran Coupé, however, age is slowly beginning to leave its mark. Especially the recently presented second generation of the Audi A5 Sportback with up to 354 hp and a super fresh design gnaws at the big Ingolstadt. But the A2017 has to hold out until at least the middle of 7 and so it helps to give the look a fresh style with a few tuning details. And what first thought comes to mind when you dive into tuning? For the masses, including myself, there is the sporty sound-strong exhaust, the lowered chassis and of course a significantly increased performance (Chiptuning etc.) are high on the list of priorities. Tuning also means that the vehicle should receive a highly personal touch. The viewing angle of each individual vehicle owner is just as individual. Although statistics are mostly incidental, they should not be underestimated. After all, we are talking here of 60% of all Tuningbegeisterten who first granted their car a new set of wheels and later dealt with the further measures such as chip tuning, etc. In comparison, the dimensions of the replaced rims are at least 1 inches above the sizes of the factory-original rims.
21 inch rims & a little deeper
The often extremely price-intensive investment hardly leaves any deterrent marks because it actually pays off in retrospect and the design of the car is then presented in a remarkably new shine. The decisive factor for the highly frequented exchange of wheel sets is likely to be, among other things, the suitability for mass use of the standard rims, which are often presentable. However, the manufacturer orients itself more towards the large target groups and less towards the individualists. On top of that, the rim selection is made using the manufacturer's configurator and that was of course also the case with this silver-gray Audi A7 Sportback. If you put your vehicle together using a configurator, there is ultimately hardly any space for an unmistakable uniqueness.
However, there is still a possibility to swim against the current and to be able to detach yourself from the general public. Plan B of the owner of the Sportback includes a look at the range of Vossen Wheels on offer. Thanks to the perfect combination, the piece of jewelery is now presented even better with a Vossen Wheels VPS-307 wheel set in 21 inches and the color dark gray. The additional modifications that can be seen in the pictures, such as the subtle lowering, make the production model an impressive eye-catcher. The A7 Sportback owes its newly gained dynamism and the even sportier driving experience to the VPS-307 wheelset. No wonder, because the rims from Vossen Wheels are not only known in tuner circles for their first-class quality and, above all, for an exquisite range of products. With these respectable alternatives, the standard wheelsets are quickly overshadowed by the new rims.
