Wald Internationale published a few pictures on its website yesterday that show that the Japanese tunter is working on a widebody kit for the current Subaru WRX. So far, you can see the front, which apparently consists of a completely new bumper with front splitter, new radiator grille and a hood with air inlet. On the side you can see new fenders with gill-shaped air openings and a few headlight covers. Certainly, the partially visible, side skirts in attachments for the rear fenders and a bumper including a diffuser at the rear should be expected including the rear and roof spoiler. Unfortunately, we don't have any further information about the vehicle or its other modifications, but that's not really bad, the pictures are known to say more than a thousand words and in a few weeks at the latest we will definitely be smarter. We hope you enjoy watching.

These are the changes to the Subaru WRX

  • Wald International Bodykit (bumper with front splitter in front, new radiator grille, bonnet with air inlet, new fenders with air openings, headlight covers, side skirts, possibly: rear fender attachments, new rear bumper including diffuser, rear & roof spoiler)
  • possibly a performance increase - (chip tuning, tuning box, compressor or turbo conversion, NOS etc. - more information is not available)
  • possibly a sports exhaust system (more information is not available)

Should we receive further details, we will of course add them to the post in a timely manner.
