Are there any alternatives to the BMW 3 Series, the Mercedes C-Class or an Audi A4? Definitely - Skoda presented the third generation of the Superb at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2015 and thus a vehicle with the format of a 5-series BMW for the price of a 3-series. The Superb is available from a slim € 24.590 as an Active model with 125PS and 6-speed manual transmission. And when it comes to tuning, you can really get something out of the Superb. And what first thought comes to mind when you dive into tuning? For the masses, including myself, there is the sporty sound-strong exhaust, the lowered chassis and of course a significantly increased performance (Chiptuning etc.) are high on the list of priorities. Tuning also means that the vehicle should receive a highly personal touch. The viewing angle of each individual vehicle owner is just as individual. Although statistics are mostly incidental, they should not be underestimated. After all, we are talking here of 60% of all Tuningbegeisterten who first granted their car a new set of wheels and later dealt with the further measures such as chip tuning, etc. In comparison, the dimensions of the replaced rims are at least 1 inches above the sizes of the factory-original rims.
21 inch rims & lowering
The often extremely price-intensive investment hardly leaves any deterrent marks because it actually pays off in retrospect and the design of the car is then presented in a remarkably new shine. The decisive factor for the highly frequented exchange of wheel sets is likely to be, among other things, the suitability for mass use of the standard rims, which are often presentable. However, the manufacturer orients itself more towards the large target groups and less towards the individualists. On top of that, the rim selection is made using the manufacturer's configurator and that was of course also the case with this bright red 2015 Skoda Superb.
If you put your vehicle together using a configurator, there is ultimately hardly any space for an unmistakable uniqueness. However, there is still a possibility to swim against the current and to be able to detach yourself from the general public. The plan B of the owner of the Superb includes a view of the Etabeta wheels range.
