Lamborghini has officially confirmed that the new Lamborghini Huracan will also be available as a rear-wheel drive version. So it should be considered the successor of the Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera and annoy the direct competitor, Ferrari 488 GTB, with its 600PS. The rear-wheel drive Lambo should lose a few pounds due to the lack of all-wheel drive components.

In addition to the rear-wheel drive Huracan, an entry-level variant could appear as the LP610-2, which is similar to the Gallardo LP550-2.
