Our reader Lars informed us that the company "Schulz Tuning" was based in Korschenbroich (Neuss) and that the car was built under the direction of Erich Schulz. He also made the following pictures and the press report that shows that the tuner not only worked on the G-Class but also exclusive models such as the 500 SEC or the 190 (Schulz even had a 5.0 V8) as a convertible offered. The BMW brand was also refined, in addition to a BMW 5 series station wagon (I'm assuming the E28 model) there was also the legendary 6 series BMW from Schulz Tuning as a convertible.
