The guys around the H&R team have released a new lowered vehicle that we absolutely have to show you. The current VW Touran II (type 5T) was used as the base vehicle for tuning. In the vehicle shown, a set of approximately 19-inch black aluminum rims, unknown to us, was also installed and the Trak - + wheel spacers, which were up to 90mm wide per axle. If you are thinking of buying a VW Touran II in the future or already own one, H&R is definitely an interesting starting point when it comes to not only making the vehicle appear sportier but also driving it really sportier.

Ps. If you have more tuned vehicles like this one BMW 4 Gran Coupe or even one Peugeot 308 GT from H&R just click on the tuner name below in the photo reference!

These are the details of the VW Touran II (type 5T):

  • H&R sport springs (35 millimeters lower)
  • H&R coilover kit (continuously adjustable, up to 60 millimeters lower)
  • H&R wheel spacers (Trak - + - wheel spacers from 10mm to 90mm)
  • all parts including parts certificate

Certainly, new information and certainly new pictures and videos will soon be online. As soon as this is the case, we will of course put it online and inform you about it.

"The Tuning and Styling Blog" - we keep you up to date on the subject of car tuning and car styling with our tuning magazine and present you the latest tuned cars from all over the world every day.
Note: We ask for your understanding if not all tuning details are optimally translated. Sometimes we receive the information about the vehicles in a wide variety of national languages and we have our dear need to conjure up something understandable from it. We are always grateful for corrections, so don't be afraid to share them.

  1. Is it more worthwhile to order the VW sports suspension or do you prefer the series moderate solution and subsequently installing H&R sports springs?

    • Phew that's a good question. I personally would recommend the second variant because you often hear the standard sports suspension would be very tight.

But I do NOT speak from my own experience.

Hi, have the 5T and overlap ne time to obstruct other springs, but would like to keep a piece of comfort. As far as I remember, 35 mm springs should work with original dampers without any problems, or am I wrong?
