We just found a video that you have to watch. As with most videos, technical details weren't necessarily thrown around with this one either. So we can only write down what we see in the 15 second clip. One thing is "unfortunately" already certain, the foiling is definitely not allowed in Germany, as is the completely darkened panes all around. When it comes to such unusual changes to a car, the boys and girls in America and in many other countries (even in Europe) are much better off than we are 🙁
Here are a few changes we noticed:
- subtle lowering (sport springs, coil springs, sports suspension)
- darkened / tinted windows all around
- darkened headlights in front
- red calipers
- black taillights
- possibly a performance increase - (chip tuning, tuning box, compressor or turbo conversion, NOS etc. - more information is not available)
- Sport exhaust system (more information is not available)
We will try to get some more information about the Hyundai Genesis and its foiling. In particular, our designation "chrome / reflective" is unlikely to be the right name 😀 Should we receive further details, we will of course add them to this post.
