The recently held Polybauer Trackday 2021 in the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben was a complete success. The tuning and track fans were very happy to take the opportunity for trips in good weather conditions and were even able to top the number of participants at the debut event last year. The tire and tuning company Polybauer from Lehrte, which acts as the organizer and named after it, created the ideal conditions for this: after all, the participants were supported by both professional racing drivers and the motorsport-loving tire manufacturer YOKOHAMA. The chassis specialist KW automotive and rim manufacturer Tomason were also on site. Event coordinator Alexandra Werner gave a glimpse behind the scenes of the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben.
YOKOHAMA ADVAN sports tires
The experts from YOKOHAMA advised the participants on all questions relating to tires. Both the expertise of the Japanese in general and the professional air pressure check were gladly taken advantage of by the track enthusiasts. In addition, the manufacturer YOKOHAMA, equipped with a great deal of motorsport competence, provided precise information about its road sports tires ADVAN A052 and ADVAN NEOVA AD08RS. You could also convince yourself of the quality of the ADVAN A052 during a test lap in the passenger seat of the YOKOHAMA racing taxi, a Honda Civic Type R. Racing driver Jonas Greif - who competed in the Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe this year - and influencer Philipp Kaess were at the wheel. All those involved were able to draw an extremely positive conclusion from the second edition of the event. And at petrol and tire talks, an appointment was made directly for the next year, because the third Polybauer Trackday will take place on September 9, 2022! Images: Yokohama
