Chevrolet Corvette

The American company Chevrolet began producing cars in Detroit as early as 1911. In the first decades this company formed a so-called cheap trio together with other competitors on the American market, above all Ford and later Plymouth. The company's big breakthrough in the car market came in the early 50s when the Corvette model, which has become the most popular two-seater sports car in the world, was released for sale in 1953.

The brand had a huge impact on pop culture of the 50s and 60s of the 20th century. In the film industry he appeared in productions such as Kiss Me Deadly (1954) and Hot Rods to Hell (1967), in music he found his place in the songs of Prince and Elton John in 1963.

Ford Mustang

Although this company is the oldest and the first to produce a car intended for the mid-range family, it had the greatest impact on the automotive industry in the eighth decade of the last century, when the most vehicles were sold. The main contributor to this business success is the Ford Mustang, which was originally launched in 1964, but the best results came from the second generation model, produced from 1974 to 1979. The Mustang model type has made more than a thousand appearances in films, commercials, music videos and video games to date.

Porsche 911

This German icon is one of the most iconic vehicles on the planet, and for good reason. It was produced for decades, was quick all career, and actually never had a bad iteration. In addition, it never strayed far from its original concept, unlike much of the competition.

VW Beetle (VW Type 1)

Almost every country in the world has its own nickname for this car, and most of them are variations of the Beetle theme. Nobody calls it by its official name, the Volkswagen Type 1.

And even decades after production was discontinued, the “Beetle” in all its variants retained its cult status. After the Second World War, Volkswagen became a global brand. The "Beetle" was neither fast nor particularly economical and certainly not comfortable. But the vehicle with the strange shape brought a worldwide success despite all its shortcomings. The last German Beetle rolled off the assembly line 40 years ago in a plant in Emden in northeast Germany. On January 19, 1978, the workers said goodbye to the factory in tears.

Aston Martin

Aston Martin was founded in England in 1913. The luxury car brand had its biggest publicity through a number of James Bond films. It was first presented in the 1963 film Goldfinger and the car brand appeared in a total of 12 films about the popular secret agent.
