UV radiation, rain, salt, dirt, incorrect care: all of this does not leave headlights without a trace for years. The consequences are yellowing, clouding or even blindness - and this can even be relevant for the main inspection. Fortunately, the “light test” can warn you in advance in many cases. Step by step
It starts with the polishing: At the beginning, the area around the headlights is masked clean and the surface is then cleaned and moistened with water. Then the sanding papers (2000, 3000 and 5000 grit) are used one after the other. It is very important to always use them wet and to clean the surface with water in between. After drying, the QUIXX polishing paste is applied and everything is polished to a high gloss. The scratches have been removed, the glasses clear and transparent again. Time for the seal: Simply apply it, spread it and let it work for five to ten minutes, then polish off. Thanks to this long-lasting protective layer, dust, road dirt and UV radiation no longer stand a chance. Now just remove the adhesive tape and you're done. Have you not quite come along yet?
