It has been three days since we reported that JP Kraemer apparently a new project in Dortmund plans. It gave up in the last few days Social Media a mysterious countdown that started on 16.12.2020 ended. And there was a video (embedded below) resolved what is hidden behind the countdown: namely the building 4 with the name "PACE". And that was a little hinted at. For a long time now, the existence of Jean Pierre Kraemer (alias JP Performance) has not been limited to tuning - JP also attaches great importance to the business aspect, which of course is reflected in the own workshop but also, for example, through the opening of the "big boost"Burger restaurants and the"LaSiSe“Stretch makes you feel. And of course there has been the "JP Performance GmbH". Unfortunately, the “LaSiSe” route is not yet open to spectators. The situation is different with the latest project from JP Performance. The PACE museum!

PACE = P (performance) A (nd) C (ar) E (ducation)

PACE stands for P (erformance) A (nd) C (ar) E (ducation) and represents a museum for all those who are interested in the entire automotive scene. The German translation for PACE is Tempo or Renntempo - a perfectly fitting name for a museum, behind which none other than JP Performance stands. It was only on 16.12.2020 published the official information about PACE, but there were some leaks before that, for example the Company signs could already be recognized by the building. The JP wasn't quite right, and if we think about it now, we would have we too wait with our article have. SORRY - JP! The museum has several floors and shows the different eras that the automobile has gone through over time. As for the situation, that is it 4000 m² great museum at the B1, which is one of the most popular streets in Dortmund with a lot of traffic. In the past, a Citroën and later a Nissan dealer was located in the building. JP said that even in his youth he had often driven past this building and even then dreamed of owning it one day. A dream that has now come true for JP. The building has a Tiefgarage, a Workshop with some lifts and also one Car wash.

According to JP, this is the building not for personal enrichment. Rather, he would like to enrich his own community and spread the passion for cars over a large area. Hence the name Performance and Car Education. There is even an extra audio guide for the museum - recorded personally by JP. Furthermore, the PACE scores with a so-called "car fee“Where pastries, hot drinks and pizza can be purchased. There is also a large parking lot for visitors. Most of the vehicles on display are Loans. It is of course extremely important that visitors handle the exhibits carefully. The built-in turnstile and the platforms can (hopefully) prevent a lot here. When the museum can finally open depends on the Corona pandemic but unfortunately still unclear - we can only hope that the opening can take place early next year.
