Ceramic sealing was yesterday - the future is PTFE!

For a long time, ceramic coatings were considered the ultimate in vehicle coatings. But thanks to Viamontis, that is now history. Because the new High End Protection (HEP) "made in Germany" from the company from Bad Wiessee is based on PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and offers decisive advantages over ceramics in all essential points. This starts with the significantly simpler processing. This chemical composition has therefore long been established in seals for aircraft.

PTFE = polytetrafluoroethylene

Sealing with High End Protection creates a crystal-clear, crystal-hard and high-gloss protective layer after professional polishing. After the professional processing of the PTFE seal, the surface is perfectly protected from chemicals and dirt with a semi-crystalline protective layer, as the coating effectively prevents foreign substances from adhering. Insect remains, bird droppings, tree resin, flower sap or pollen can be easily removed after treatment. One reason for this is the extremely low surface tension of the High End Protection and the permanent bond it forms with paint or film. This also enhances the shine and brilliance of the colors. The coating is only not suitable for matt surfaces.

particularly water-repellent

In addition to the extraordinary resistance to chemicals or solvents, the HEP is super hydrophobic. The reason for this is the very high contact angle with water of 126°, which means that the drops have little surface area and behave almost like a ball on the sealed surface. Moisture and dirt roll off so easily. Despite the high resistance to materials of all kinds, the product is easier and faster to use than with a conventional ceramic sealant.

200 ml is enough for two medium-sized vehicles

Viamontis High End Protection is offered in a 200 ml bottle, which is sufficient for two medium-sized vehicles with the recommended two-layer application. This makes the product very economical and productive.
