The spoiler lip reduces the available ground clearance under the spoiler by a few centimeters and still looks great. It offers a noticeable resistance for the driver when touching an obstacle. The driver can react in good time, stop or turn around in an emergency. The curb and spoiler remain undamaged, unlike a spoiler lip made of GRP or carbon.
