Illegal Race - BMW 320d Vs. Renault Twingo RS

After the drivers of a BMW 3er 320d with 163 HP (E90 / 91 - 2005-2011) and a Renault Twingo RS with 133 HP (2008-2013) in the Uhlenhorst district (Hamburg-Nord district) on the night of May 10, 2019 had delivered an illegal street race made short work of officials and the Soko Autoposer. The drivers carried out several acceleration duels at red lights, each of which reached speeds well beyond the permitted 50 km / h. Officials stopped the two speeders (26 & 24 years) and with the help of the "Soko Autoposer" both vehicles were confiscated on the spot after checking. The driver's license was also withdrawn and a heavy fine will soon follow for participating in an illegal vehicle race. If things go bad, it can even result in imprisonment.

Of course that had not been the case.

About Thomas Wachsmuth

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
