Do you know that Camber style (called Onikyan in Japan)? Especially in Japan, but also in the USA, this method of tuning has been completely in trend for some time. In this country, however, it is still more of a ridiculed fringe phenomenon that is repeatedly discussed vigorously. The term “camber” comes from English and means something like “fall” in the context of vehicles. As is well known, the camber is a term used in chassis technology and describes the angle between the wheel center plane and a (virtual) vertical line towards the ground. If the top of the wheel tilts outwards, it is referred to as a "positive camber" and if it is the other way round (goes inwards) it is referred to as a "negative camber".
This negative camber is the center of the "Camber" style and is implemented here by a grotesque variant. The advantage of a higher cornering force is not conceivable in this variant at the beginning, moreover, the tires are already after a few kilometers often down to the carcass. An extremely remodeled example like this Toyota GT86 and the other cars from the pictures also needs very special accessories. And what do you want to achieve with it? The goal is clearly a deeper immersion in the wheel arches and thus a cool Stancefaktor which, however, is in no way to reconcile with the German TÜV. FORBIDDEN! PS. Also Hellafail is a common term 😉
