In order to revive the spirit of the earlier special bodies, Ferrari started the Portfolio Coachbuilding Program in 2008. At the time, the idea was to allow customers to work with top Italian designers to create one-off replicas of previous Ferrari sports cars. But the focus quickly shifted to creation entirely new Designs and with the founding of the company's own Design Center in 2010, almost all projects were handled internally by Flavio Manzoni's team and the Special Projects program. The first one-off Ferrari was the SP2008 in 1. In the years that followed, many more followed, such as the P80/C or two SP3JC, and it will be interesting to see what other one-off one-offs will come.
