Contrary to our fears, we made it to the last Essen Motor Show and did not miss the 50th anniversary. Our reporter Lisa was on site with a camera, cell phone, iPad and Facebook live connection and in the past few days she has either streamed everything important directly on Facebook or sent us pictures and videos. We will soon publish a comprehensive summary in a Essen Motorshow special on tuningblog.eu. But today we would like to focus on something else, namely the company ANCHOR, which we have reported on tuningblog.eu several times (1,2,3,4 etc.) The ANKER company has equipped us with accessory parts that have made it much easier for Lisa to work at the trade fair. We would now like to briefly discuss the individual products. Small catch, Lisa was able to use the technology extensively, but she only took pictures of the trade fair and not of the ANKER Parts in use 😉

Zolo Liberty Bluetooth headphones

As a perfect tool, we got to know the Zolo Liberty Bluetooth headphones that Lisa wore on our Facebook live videos. Of course, the in-ear headphones are particularly impressive with their wireless connection. The completely wireless headphones come with revolutionary graphene membranes and use the latest audio technology for a great sound experience that is unparalleled with pronounced highs, super vocal clarity, deep bass and all-round insulation. Lisa was able to film the vehicles in Essen, called us at the same time and used the wireless headphones to play the call. She did not have to charge the headphones once during the three days of the trade fair, which speaks for the high battery performance.

  • No cables
  • clear sound
  • Long game time
  • Connected immediately
  • Language assistants at the touch of a button
  • perfect hold

always power thanks to PowerCore II 20000

The situation was quite different with the cell phone she was using. Equipped with an iPhone 7, a LG G5 and a Canon SLR camera, Lisa was on the road for us and of course had to hang one of the devices, or all of them together, on a charging cable every night. During the day, of course, this is much more difficult, and so the Powerbank PowerCore II 20000 from ANKER was naturally extremely convenient. The facts are quickly explained. The Anker PowerCore II convinces as a 20000mAh external battery with PowerIQ 2.0 and two USB-A ports. You can use it to charge almost all iPhone models, of course, our LG G5, Samsung Galaxy cell phones and many other devices. The brand new, exclusive charging technology from ANKER recognizes devices to be charged and delivers the fastest possible charge. A full charging unit is sufficient to fully charge an iPhone 7, for example, more than six times. With its Quick Charge charger, the PowerCore II is fully operational and fully charged in just five hours. A micro USB cable, a storage bag and the operating instructions are included. And finally ... Perfect utensil - especially when charging from a fixed socket is not possible.

  • Quick Charge 3.0 support
  • Workmanship perfect, no gaps, feel great
  • Capacity display at the push of a button
  • Charging time extremely fast
  • handy device
  • Only minimal heat development
  • LG G5 after 20 minutes about 50% loaded

In addition, Lisa was equipped with an iPad Air 2, for which ANKER naturally also has something in its range. We gave both the ANKER PowerLine + II iPhone cable with a length of 90 centimeters and the variant with a length of three meters, so Lisa was able to charge the iPad optimally. She used the short cable when the iPad lay unused on the desk. The 3m version proved to be particularly effective, as it made it easy to edit the photos on the couch, bed or in the side room of the hotel room.

  • 30 times longer hold than a regular cable (holds over 30.000 bends)
  • strongest cable ever (traction up to 79 kg)
  • APPLE CERTIFIED: MFi certified - (100% compatible with Apple Lightning devices)
  • with storage bag,
  • lifetime warranty

Lisa had used the ANKER PowerLine + 90 cm USB-C variant, which also loads a Galaxy S8, S8 +, Sony XZ, LG V20 G5 G6, HTC 10, Xiaomi 5 and many more without any problems.

Eufy Lumos - dimmable E27 LED lamp

And even if we like to do one way or the other Savings make, the hotel room we had booked for Lisa was already equipped with light bulbs, so that the received Eufy Lumos Smart LED Wifi Lamps were not used in the dimmable white. We have installed the two E27 LED lamps (2700K) in our editorial team and are delighted with the control via the app. The lamp is compatible with Amazon Alexa and can therefore also be controlled via voice command and this option, as well as the app, has already given us some fun moments in our editorial rooms.

  • Dim or increase the lighting
  • Alexa compatible (controlled by voice control)
  • controllable via free EufyHome app (Android 4.3 or iOS 8)
  • Fixed illumination times adjustable
  • 18 Months Guarantee
