Summer is just around the corner, so it's time to get the summer tires out of the basement. If the old tires have been used for a few years and the minimum tread depth will soon be reached, a new purchase should be made. The Michelin Pilot Sport 4 offers a perfect mix of sporty performance and a high level of safety. The tire set from the well-known brand manufacturer is particularly suitable for sports cars and high-performance cars and offers a lot of driving fun and excellent steering control for ambitious drivers. With the Pilot Sport 4, the engineers at Michelin have created a tire that is equipped for any situation in road traffic and, thanks to a dynamic interplay of tire architecture and tread pattern, adapts optimally to the road surface. The sporty summer tire is currently available in 36 variants from 16 to 19 inches and can therefore be operated on almost any car.

In addition to the high driving pleasure, the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 offers a high safety standard in all weather conditions. Especially in wet conditions, the sporty tire convinces with high performance due to its unique tread compound made of fine silica and functional elastomers. Its wide and deep longitudinal grooves ensure optimal water drainage and are therefore an important factor for aquaplaning prevention. The special tread compound is designed for high performance and still contributes to lower fuel consumption due to the low rolling resistance.

The dynamic response technology of the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 ensures excellent steering precision that was unthinkable a while ago. Due to the very dense and tensile fiber of the tire, the "growth of the tire" is reduced to a minimum at high speeds. Thanks to the resilient fiber, the contact area with the road surface remains large and the sporty tires bring the horsepower onto the road with little loss of performance. When developing new tire models such as the Michelin Pilot Sport 4, the engineers of the renowned brand work with well-known car manufacturers such as BMW, Audi, Porsche and Mercedes-Benz to benefit from their experience and create a product that meets all requirements. The profile design was developed in cooperation with leading experts from top sports such as the World Rally Championship and Formula E.

Michelin manufactures a wide range of high-performance products depending on the vehicle, use and driving conditions. In addition to the manufacturer's series products, Michelin tires can also be found in motorsport. The large corporation employs around 110.000 people worldwide and develops new products with the vision of environmentally compatible mobility for a large number of different vehicles.
