The wait for the BMW M8 has come to an end! At least almost ... As an alternative, the specialists at G-Power have a 670 hp BMW M850i xDrive (G15) with the surname “G8M Bi-Turbo” in the beautiful Sonic Speed Blue. A few days ago briefly announced with a teaser he is now finished. And as already known, it comes with huge 670 PS and 890 Newtonmeter torque thanks to G-Power Stage 2 Tuning. Specifically, this means the 4,4 liter big N63 biturbo V8 in the forefront of the M850i xDrive you miss a set of stainless steel downpipes including 200 cell sports catalysts and of course the in-house G-POWER performance software V2. The result is additional 140 PS and 140 Nm!
BMW M850i xDrive (G15) G8M Bi-Turbo
While the series accelerates to 3,7 km / h in 100 seconds, the G8M bi-turbo from G-Power manages in just 3,1 seconds. This is an impressive 0,2 seconds less than the M5 Competition xDrive (F90) and a whopping 0,6 seconds over the standard 850i. WOW! And also the top speed has changed significantly because maximum are now + 320 km / h in it. And even visually, something has already been done on the Munich coupe. The technical optimizations of the M850i are complemented with the well-known set of HURRICANE RR forged wheels in 21 inch format. The exact dimensions of the five-twin-spoke design compared to the series are 9 × 21 front and 10,5 × 21 rear tires. Equipped is the wheelset with state-of-the-art high performance tires in the dimensions 255 / 30 R21 and 305 / 25 R21. The rest of the body is currently unchanged.

Only a subtle lowering seems to have existed. At the moment there are no details available about this. Incidentally, if you want, you can decorate the 8 Series with G-Power emblems instead of the BMW logos and G8M Bi-Turbo lettering for the bonnet and tailgate is also available. Under the bonnet, the engine cover was still painted in the typical orange from G-Power and in the interior there was a noble "G8M Bi - TURBO first class performance" badge. Perfect! Should we timely still information about further changes, or possibly an upgrade to Stage 3 (modified turbocharger, air intake etc.) there will of course be an update for this report as always.
