The Avatr 06 is an exciting new electric vehicle that advanced technology and a stylish look. The mid-range electric car was developed by Changan, Huawei and CATL and is coming to market as a fully electric and EREV (Extended Range Electric Vehicle) version.
The design is modern and aerodynamic: narrow LED daytime running lights, a closed radiator grille and cameras instead of conventional mirrors. Particularly cool: the glass roof extends to the trunk and is rounded off by a duck spoiler.
Technical highlights
The Avatr 06 is based on the CHN platform, which was specifically developed for electric vehicles was developed. The BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) drive is expected in two versions: one with 338 hp and one with 590 hp. There is also an 82 kWh battery that should provide a range of up to 650 km according to the CLTC standard. The EREV version combines a 1,5-liter turbo engine as a generator with a 39 kWh battery.
This means a total range of up to 1.101 km is possible - electric driving is possible up to 230 km. The dimensions? With a length of 4.855 mm, a width of 1.960 mm and a height of 1.450 mm, the Avatr is a real eye-catcher. Huawei's Harmony OS provides smart features in the interior, and the Qiankun ADAS driver assistance system is also on board.
