The MANHART V 350, a converted Mercedes-Benz V 300 d (W 447) with an OM 654 four-cylinder, impressively demonstrates how an MPV can be tuned to be both sporty and elegant. The vehicle was extensively refined at Manhart Performance's headquarters in Wuppertal to give it a distinctive character. Visually, the MANHART V 350 is based on the look of a typical AMG's. The vehicle was equipped with a Inferno body kit from Russian tuner TopCar Design equipped, the one new front apron with large, honeycomb grilled air inlets and additional LED lights in AMG style, one spoilerto bonnet with two power domes and a new one radiator grill includes.

A revised one stands out at the rear apron with implied diffuser and two exhaust tailpipe trims on each side, also in AMG design. New side skirts and fender flares complete the dynamic appearance. All components of the Inferno kit are made of high quality Carbon, but were in body color and for better integration into the overall look Gloss black painted. Under the hood was the 2,2 liter biturbo four-cylinder diesel with the known MHtronik additional control unit upgraded, which means the performance is tight 280 PS and 585 Nm rise.
