This year, the V10 engine of the Audi R8 celebrates its 10 anniversary. For well-heeled customers there is therefore the R8 special model Decennium Edition and for everyone else a very special poster that is almost even more spectacular. The picture was created in cooperation with the artist Fabian Oefner and is supposed to show “the slowest art we have ever built” (quote: Audi). Years ago, the artist released an "exploding" Lamborghini Miura as part of Oefner's "Disintegrating" series (Video at the bottom). Every single part of the vehicle is painstakingly photographed in a very specific way to finally have the effect of an exploding vehicle. Who believes that such a picture in a few minutes of work on the PC arises so deceptively. Everything is real! The R8 was completely dismantled and each component was photographed individually from the rear down to the smallest screw. Underpinned by the title "The R2007: The Slowest Car Audi Ever Built" published in 8, we wish you a lot of fun with it over and over again watch the movie.
