Can you still remember the crazy one? 560 PS Bentley Continental GT Offroad recall? Two similarly exclusive specimens now come directly from the Jaguar factory and are also built for the site! On the occasion of the 70th birthday of the legendary XK 120 (Predecessor of the E-Type) has the Jaguar Design and Engineering Department, as a homage to the XK, two "Checkered Flag Limited Edition" F-Type roadsters with two-liter turbo and 300 hp converted. Both are rally vehicles built according to FIA specifications, but will not actively take part in any official rally sport events. The most striking differences compared to the series are significantly more powerful brakes, an improved chassis and a roll cage in the interior.
Raise up to be fit in the field
There are four additional headlamps on the bonnet, racing seats with straps and a fire extinguisher for emergencies. The black 20 inch alloy wheels from F-Type Checkered Flag Limited Edition have disappeared and instead there are rally-ready tires and a limited-slip differential for improved power transmission. The F-Type convertible rally vehicle has been raised by a good 40 millimeters to reduce the risk of damage to the underbody. If we receive more information in the near future, there will of course be an update to this report.
