A really cool box is currently coming from France. Manufacturer Renault revives the classic Renault 4 "Plein Air" - even if only as a show car. The vehicle was built for the tenth anniversary of the R4 fan festival "4L International" and the purely electric reissue of the 1968 to 1971 built open-air model would probably have been the big hit even then. Where used to be the 845 cubic centimeter gasoline engine but now sits an electric motor from the Renault Twizy. The battery is placed where the rear seat was installed in the original model. By the way, the vehicle is a joint project of Renault Classic, Renault Design as well as the external company Melun Rétro who are considered specialists for parts of classic Renault vehicles.
