Arcade Cars focuses on the GE 230 vehicles, which come from a stock of former Swiss military vehicles. These have two doors, a fabric top and longitudinally arranged rear seats. And the first restored off-roader is called "sojourn".
The restoration process
At Arcade Cars, the G-Classes are completely dismantled after purchase and checked down to the smallest detail. Company founder and CEO Rishav Kanoria explained: "Our engineers meticulously disassemble the vehicle and document every detail to ensure authenticity during reconstruction". The chassis undergoes extensive repairs to remove rust and damage.

The old 2,3-liter four-cylinder with 128 hp and 190 Nm remains, but there are two alternative options. The first is an optimized 2,8 liter with new crankshaft, connecting rods and pistons, which delivers 151 hp and 237 Nm of torque. The second option is a E-drive, developed in collaboration with Everrats, they are experts in electrical conversions of classic cars.
Exterior and interior
Visually, the Sojourn G-Class a variety of accessories, including protective grilles, xenon or LED headlights and robust BF Goodrich off-road tires. Arcade Cars also has various paint finishes available, such as Desert Tan, Dark Olive, Matte Black and Pacific Blue, but individual colors are also possible.
