On Bring a trailer this 1990 Land Rover 110 is currently for sale. It was exported from Great Britain to Italy and then overtaken by "The Landrovers" in the Netherlands about 5 years ago. It finally reached the US coast in 2016 and has been there ever since. The Defender 110 is painted in the rare Portofino Red, which already attracts a lot of attention. There are also black wheel arches, massive steps, a matt black painted roll cage with roof rack and a ladder is also installed. The custom grille shows an aluminum cooler from Series Defender Outfitters and Vision X ADV lights with polycarbonate lenses are also installed. The restored one-off is powered by the well-known 2,5-liter four-cylinder 200 Tdi turbodiesel produced by Turner Engineering has been completely overhauled. There was a new turbocharger with variable turbine geometry, a double intercooler and the power transmission to all 4 wheels takes place via an LT77 five-speed manual transmission with a two-speed transfer case and limited slip differential. A Salisbury differential is also installed on the rear axle. The engine gets air by the Mantec intake snorkel and longer tours through the outback are made possible by the 10-gallon additional tank, which is protected from injuries by an aluminum protective plate on the underbody.
