Super clean: 700 hp Ford F-150 Pickup Platinum from MAD

This 700 HP Extended Crew Cab Ford F-150 Pickup Platinum (Chassis number 1FTEW1CF3FFA00137) comes from the tuner MAD Industries from California. And the vehicle is the ultimate proof that key data similar to sports cars can be combined with a practical pickup. After all, even a current Porsche Turbo S (992) or the new Corvette C8 dream of having 700 HP in the vehicle registration. The F-150 Pickup Platinum from the tuner MAD Industries can show this small but fine detail! The vehicle was built in 2015 and received the jump in performance thanks to an additional 2.9L SuperCharger compressor system. The F-150 was originally built for the SEMA Auto Show in 2014 in cooperation with the FORD Motor Corporation and, in addition to the extremely extensive Platinum special equipment (heated ventilated massage seats, panoramic sunroof, cruise control, navigation system etc.) to show countless modifications.

For example, the tuner installed a heated Raptor steering wheel with paddle shifters and a Roadwire leather interior, there was a high-quality focal sound system, SRP Racing aluminum pedals, LLoyds floor mats, an Enfotrace GPS tracking system and even a specially adapted and white-painted Ford Racing roll cage with fire extinguisher is included. With an individual leather interior and additional instruments on the steering column, the changes are essentially rounded off on the inside. The upgrade is much more complex on the outside. There was a significant lowering by 4 inches (approx. 10 cm) at the front and 3 inches (approx. 8 cm) at the rear using performance shock absorbers and as a visual highlight a 24 inch (24 × 10 & 24 × 10.5) large three-piece Niche Road Wheels T73 forged wheel set. The rims are individually painted and thanks to the lowering they fit perfectly in the wheel arch.

black LightWurkz LED lights

The wheelset is equipped with Scorpion Zero Astrimmerico Ultimate tires in the format 285 / 35ZR24 and 305 / 35ZR24. In addition, new LightWurkz LED lights have been installed at the front and rear and any chrome that was installed ex works has been removed. The lenses are completely darkened using 3M Crystalline foiling and there are glossy black contrasts everywhere. The cargo area is protected by an electric LEER 700S Ford Edition tonneau load compartment cover, which even has an integrated spoiler header (Aerodynamic winged design) brings along. And as already mentioned, there was a huge increase in performance. The 5.0-liter Ti-VCT V8 strengthens with a twin-screw compressor (3.75 ratio / 10psi boost), Carbon Air-Intake-System, Gibson Exhaust sports exhaust system and exhaust manifold on huge 700 PS and 881 Newton meters of torque that get to the wheels by means of optimized 6-speed automatic.

Wilwood TC6 Series braking system

And of course the braking system is also adapted to this. Wilwood has installed the system of the TC6 Series, which, for example, brings the F-16 to a standstill with aluminum brake calipers and huge two-part brake discs in 41 inch format (approx. 150 cm). If we receive timely information on further changes, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed if you simply use ours Feed subscribe to.
