The Suzuki Jimny is an absolute all-rounder in its segment with its compact proportions and outstanding off-road capability. And for the Jimny, the Japanese company now has it kamado the perfect complement for a trip to the outback at the start. And one Rooftent with pop-up roof. It is called "Canotier J3" and sits on the Jimny like a hat. Weighing in at just 45kg, the company promises it will put minimal weight on the Jimny, nor will it make it top-heavy. Although the tent is of course somewhat limited by the short length of the Jimny roof, it should still be sufficient for most. After all, the length is 2.100 mm (83 inches) with a width of 1.120 mm (44 inches) and a height of 970 mm (38 inches).

So it's long enough for two people, who are almost two meters tall, to be accommodated in it. There is also a pull-out Presentersthat are inside the Jimny can be stowed away. Inside the tent is a groundsheet and urethane mat, and all three accessories come with a bag for convenient storage. Incidentally, the tent itself is made of neoprene, which makes it waterproof and, according to Kamado, withstands any rain. It also has excellent heat retention. The Kamado Canotier J3 costs ¥770.000 (approx. €5.325), but it has to be installed by the company. I mean, the Jimny must be local in Japan.
Of course, that wasn't the end of it!
