The Dongfeng Motor Company is a 50:50 joint venture between Dongfeng Motor Corporation and the manufacturer Nissan, And DMC also includes the subsidiary Venucia (Chinese 啟 辰, Pinyin Qichen). Venucia was founded in September 2010 against the background that the cars developed by Dongfeng-Nissan in China can be offered in large numbers on the home market.
