Here is the ultimate proof that there is an increase over and over again! Curtain up for the Mercedes-AMG GT3 project from Ball's CCG and Peaches. One universe. And no other vehicle, like a Mercedes AMG GT R with 585 HP and 700 NM maximum torque, served as the basis for the conversion. The factory V8 BiTurbo generates enough power to accelerate to 3,6 km / h in just 100 seconds and reach a top speed of 318 km / h. The GT R also stands out visually from the normal AMG GT. Mercedes has done a lot to let the racing version from the GT3 series look through in some places. And so the GT R comes with active aerodynamics including new air routing on the underbody, there were striking slats in the front apron and the spectacular grill in the style of the Panamericana racing cars from the XNUMXs.

In addition, a carbon roof and a huge counter at the rear. But that all seemed to the team at Balls CCG & Peaches. One universe is not enough. They have decided to mutate the AMG GT R into a GT3 for the road with two different versions. And the current vehicle is version 1 (designed by @pajak_carbonerre)! The Affalterbacher shows itself from the front with an additional oversized front splitter, there were also four powerful canards for the apron and completely changed fenders. The factory components have been "cut out“And provided with large attachments and also received the typical gill-like air inlets from the Mercedes GT3. And in the area of the sills, new components are also used, which have impressive sashes both at the front and at the rear. Most spectacular, however, we find the widenings for the rear side walls, which merge into a huge rear apron.
Exhaust with Ferrari F430 Scuderia optics
Here, too, the Swabian gains significantly in width, which is particularly evident in the crazy rear apron. It comes with powerful air openings on the right and left and a diffuser in the style of a Formula 1 racing car. The diffuser has even installed an additional LED light and spectacularly integrates the exhaust system of the GT R. Compared to the central arrangement of the original, it is with the Wide body kit arranged at once like one Ferrari F430 Scuderia. And slightly offset in the middle! And that looks really good. Incidentally, it is a system from Frequency Intelligent Exhaust (Fi Exhaust) which is of course equipped with a flap function and can be controlled manually. This also guarantees the perfect soundscape for the V8 biturbo under the hood. And this has not been left untouched either. The engine received an increase in performance using Stage 2 to approximately 650 hp.
KW variant-3 coilover kit with HLS function
And to keep the extra horses on the road, there was a standard fixed rear wing on one side and a fully adjustable KW Variant-3 coilover with HLS function on the other side. The chassis also ensures a corresponding lowering and that the black forged wheel set (with a high probability of HRE performance wheels) sits perfectly in the widened wheel arches. And finally, of course, we would also like to mention the foiling of the road GT3. The team from Inozetek from the USA was responsible for this, which wrapped the AMG in a successful khaki green. Incidentally, the foilers have already foiled another vehicle with the body kit. You will find a small gallery at the end of the article.
