Visually, there is hardly a more restrained vehicle than the BMW M3 E90 of the past generation. Apart from a power dome, the gills in the fenders and the standard 4 pipe exhaust system especially the layman do not really recognize a difference to the normal 3er sedan. And up to date, the EAS team (European Auto Source) had just such a M3 on-site and modified the vehicle very discreetly but still conspicuously. Front is the additional Mode Carbon - V2 GTS carbon front spoiler which underlines the standard bumper with its large air openings in a sporty way. The sedan has also got a new set of wheels and so the M3 now rolls on Volk Racing - ZE40 aluminum rims in 18 inches and copper-colored paintwork. Obviously, a subtle lowering was installed, but unfortunately EAS has not yet given any information about this. But we know what has happened in the interior of the M3. Probably the biggest change are the Bride STRADIA II JAPAN Reclining racing seats, which ensure that the driver and passenger can enjoy significantly improved grip, especially on the racetrack.
Another highlight in the interior is the BMW - M Performance steering wheel with blue centering and Alcantara rim. The standard pedals have also been removed and replaced with a high-quality Pedal House aluminum set. Last but not least, there was a pedal house - shift paddle set that looks good in the modified interior and definitely looks more valuable than the factory shift paddles. As the last known change, the M3 got a sports exhaust system from Active Autowerke, which should ensure that the high-speed V8 gets a befitting finish. All in all, the vehicle is a very elegant variant that is still suitable as a daily driver and transporter for the lap dog, but is also well qualified for use on the racetrack. Of course, if we get more information about the modifications to the M3, there is, as always, an update for this report.
