With the BMW F80 M3 "30 Years Edition", BMW is celebrating itself and the anniversary of the M3 series. The limited special model "30 Years of M3" is characterized by a macao blue finish that looks bluish or purple depending on the incidence of light. Another important distinguishing feature are 20 inch rims of the type 666M, which are available for the limited version ex works, and beyond that there is no chrome to be found on the vehicle. And also the "30 years" logos on the M-gills as well as the door sills and a roaring sports exhaust system with black anodized tailpipes are part of it. There are also a few changes inside and so, for example, fine carbon inlays decorate the dashboard and there is also a numbering of the limited edition. But the most important thing is definitely the power that has increased to 450 PS, which corresponds exactly to that of the M3 with the Competition Package. So equipped, including the DKG, it only takes 4 seconds to go to 100 km / h and only at 280 km / h is the whole thing electronically put to rest.

At € 90.000, however, the limited M3 is also a top value on paper. Apparently the owner of the current vehicle still had a few euros left and so a set of HRE Performance Wheels aluminum rims of the type FF01 were installed to replace the type 666M. The exact specifications of the rims are 20 × 8,5 inches on the front axle and a lush 20 × 10,5 inches on the rear axle. The rims are fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires in 265 format at the front and 285 at the rear. Thanks to 15 mm spacers, the new wheel set sits perfectly in the wheel arch. If we get more information about the modifications to the M4, there is of course, as always, an update for this report.
