And the tuner from Dinslaken impressively shows with the coupe that only small optical details are sufficient to perfectly stage the flagship of the Munich coupes. But first we come to the "invisible“Changes. The 8-series with 4,4-liter twin-turbo V8 received chip tuning and so the output is now a whopping 530 PS and a huge 750 Nm torque instead of the standard 585 PS & 850 NN. This means that even more torque is available than with the absolute top model in the form of the M8 Competition xDrive. This has to be in the series state namely with 625 HP and "only“750 NM (up to 5.800 rpm) are satisfied.

And acoustically, the M&D Exclusive Cardesign 8 series is clearly ahead of the M variant. This is made possible by a custom-made exhaust system with electronic control of the exhaust flaps which, at the push of a button, trumpets more or less loudly the extra power to the environment. And now to the optics. The highlight of the 850er, which was already equipped with the M-Sport package, carbon package and carbon roof ex works, was a set of forged and multi-part Z-Performance ZP.FORGED 21 Deep Concave alloy wheels with hidden hardware screw connections and the double-spoke finish shimmering with a gloss bronze enable a subtle contrast to the bodywork painted in mineral white metallic. When it comes to tires, the choice is made of ultra-thin Continental Sport Contact 6 slippers which are in the 265/30 format at the front and in the 295/25 format at the rear.

And of course, a subtle lowering could not be missing. True to the motto "less is more“To lower the large coupé, a set of KW coilover springs was used which, in addition to an improved appearance, even further optimizes the dynamics of the coupé. The spring set is compatible with the adaptive M damping system of the M850i and allows lowering as desired.
