It is the absolute top model of the F26 series of the BMW X4 - the M40i with the 3,0-liter gasoline engine N55 of the BMW M2 and factory-fitted 360 hp. And it is also an indisputable sign that M-GmbH is on exactly the right track with its many M-Performance models. Visually, the top model of the X4 series features a sports exhaust system with stainless steel tailpipes on both sides, beautiful 19-inch models and a few "splashes of color" in gray on the mirror caps, the kidneys in the radiator grille and the air inlets. And just such a copy was now a guest of the TVW CAR DESIGN team to pick up a lot of modifications.
The visual highlight is the Hamann Motorsport Body kit that gives the X4 an additional spoiler lip on the front bumper, modified air intakes including LED daytime running lights, a fixed rear spoiler and a diffuser insert for the rear apron. There was also the mandatory set of black kidneys that we can see on almost every modified BMW. Another highlight is the 21-inch (10 × 21 & 11,5 × 21) BBS CH-R II Platinium / Black wheelset which, thanks to KW suspensions DDC P&P suspension, sits perfectly in the wheel arch and enables the X4 to be much more agile.
So that everyone hears that there is no small diesel coming here, there was also a flap exhaust system in series optics on top. The interior has been left almost untouched and only an AWRON data display is installed instead of the left ventilation nozzle in the central ventilation shaft.
