US cars are being refined and modified more and more frequently, not only overseas but also in Asia. Especially in China, automobiles from the former "class enemy" are popular status symbols. Mostly made locally, they are not subject to high import duties, which is why they are often cheaper to buy than comparable models from German premium brands. And it is mainly the brands of the GM group that enjoy great popularity in the Middle Kingdom, so it is not surprising that Buick, Chevrolet and Cadillac are also popular there Tuning scene are often encountered. Today we would like to introduce you to a Cadillac CT4 that has been subtly modified by its owner.
Compact sedan with noble flair!
The color green is all the rage, especially on the Chinese market. From pastel green to dark shades of green, you can currently find every variation. In this case, however, one foiling used in lime green to give the CT4 an extroverted yet sporty touch. Garnished with HRE rims in a multi-spoke design with a silver finish, which comes in a 19-inch format, turns the rather staid China-Ami into an eye-catcher. These are joined Lowering springs and orange ones live behind the 19-inchers calipers by Brembo. Additional modifications include a subtle Carbon rear spoiler on the trunk lid as well as one Four-pipe sports exhaust system, which is visually based on the tailpipes of the V-models of the traditional US models. Various Stickers on the rear window and on the side should of course not be missing to round off the sporty appearance.
237 hp ensure sufficient longitudinal dynamics
Under the hood performs a standard 2-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with four cylinders its service, which generates 237 hp & 350 Newton meters of maximum torque. It goes from 6,9 to 0 km/h in 100 seconds and the propulsion only ends at 220 kilometers per hour.
