High Voltage! Voltage Design tunes the Mercedes S63 AMG

If you sign a contract for a Mercedes S 63 AMG Coupé at the Mercedes dealership, you end up with at least € 170.000. With every conceivable luxury and more than enough power, the left lane of the autobahn should be secured on the way to Switzerland. But if that's not enough, just call the Voltage Design tuner and ask for a subtle optimization. Voltage Design gives the Benz a carbon body kit and powers the power to extreme 850PS / 1.150Nm torque. The body kit includes a new radiator grille, a front spoiler, a wing of the front apron, new air intakes in the hood, new mirror caps, a couple of side skirts, a spoiler on the trunk lid, and a diffuser. The most important upgrade, however, is the increase in the output of the 5,5-liter twin-turbo V8.

Voltage Design achieves the extra power by installing new control software, installing downpipes, a racing air filter, an exhaust system with flap control, as well as a new manifold, a new intercooler and two new turbochargers. The result instead of the 585 PS and 900 Nm of the series is the "S" made by Voltage Design with an impressive 800 PS and 1.150 Newton meters.

A new brake system is also being installed, the S 63 AMG now has a carbon-ceramic system that measures 420/40 millimeters on the front axle and 370/32 millimeters on the rear axle and is processed by four pistons each. The 22-inch CVT-Alus from Vossen are definitely eye-catchers.
