This time it's a 1970 Mercedes Benz W111, the as Restomod now has an AMG heart. The M-Coupé got that M113 eight-cylinder with 5,5 liter displacement and 360 hp / 265 kW donated. Mercedes presented the engine in 1997 and it was used in no fewer than 34 Mercedes models in various series up to 2007. And the tuner built in the V8 because of its high reliability and impressive power delivery. The vehicle, the mechatronics as "New-Tech conversion“, Uses the drive unit in combination with a 5-speed automatic (NAG1) from Mercedes-Benz. After the successful coordination between engine and transmission, superior driving comfort and sporty and dynamic driving behavior are guaranteed even in a vehicle from 1970. And by means of Mechatronic high-performance braking system with ABS (anti-lock braking system). Of course, the system is precisely matched to the engine power and the chassis. The system has on the front axle Two-piston with perforated and internally ventilated discs and there's one on the rear axle revised variant the standard braking system of the W111. The team has the brake calipers black lacquered, but they can be configured in any color of your choice.
