One of the saddest news in the automotive industry was probably the one after 68 years Land Rover sets the legendary Defender. But what do you do when you, like Kahn Design, a company that is close to this model, among other things shot Has? The object of desire is the Mercedes-Benz W166 ML, which celebrated its premiere in the first part of Jurassic Park (W163) and has become known as a result. And now Kahn Design has taken the third generation in the form of the W166 (since 2015 as GLE SUV) and does exactly what you can do with a car of this category with the elegant SUV - you modify it discreetly! Subtle means that the ML has received a few perfectly fitting fender flares and a new bumper at the front.

The bumper contains a couple of daytime running lights with LED technology and, in conjunction with a discreet bootlid rear spoiler, belongs to the newly developed body kit for the ML. In addition to the body kit, the ML gets a set of 22 inch G06 alloy wheels that are equipped with 275/40/22 tires and line the wheel arches much more format-filling than the standard rims. The team from Kahn Design has published the ML the days and we are of course happy to show you the first pictures. After the extensive but still very subtle tuning cure that the W166 was allowed to endure, it is now definitely visually more beefy, more individual and more dynamic than the production version. So if you have been thinking about buying an ML W166 for a long time or if you are already a happy owner, Kahn Design is definitely an interesting starting point when it comes to differentiating the vehicle from the production model.
