Over-X! Mercedes X350 X-Class with crazy lift kit

Hard to believe, but the X-Class no longer exists! The manufacturer Mercedes-Benz has probably not taken a vehicle out of its range as quickly as the W 470. Why? Nobody wanted the X-Class? Why? We honestly don't know! Especially with regard to the powerful X 350 d 4Matic with OM 642 V6 turbodiesel and seven-speed automatic, the pickup from Mercedes-Benz was much more than just a pimped up Nissan Navara for us. The loading truck could be lifestyle as well as practical and off-road. The 258 hp of the powerful three-liter V6 turbodiesel with a single-stage turbocharger including variable turbine geometry and 550 Newton meters of torque always send enough power to all four permanently driven wheels. And there was even a standard two-stage transfer case with a reduction stage for crawling and climbing and, optionally, a rear-axle limited-slip differential. This guaranteed outstanding traction on gravel, mud and grass even with road tires.

And the topic of tuning in combination with the X-Class was also quite popular. We have already presented countless vehicles and this copy, which is now for sale at Hollmann, should of course not be missing. Including the price is on as "Mercedes-Benz X 350 Power Edition Customized“The single item advertised everything powerful. The purchase price is said to be a hefty € 103.240,00. But there is then a completely rebuilt X-Class with body kit, lift kit, performance increase and crazy foiling. Yes, one after the other. Let's start with the changes to the chassis. A 10 cm body lift kit is installed on the front axle and the rear axle was raised by an additional 4 cm by means of spacers and longer dampers. All around the body is equipped with flared fenders and there was also a mighty bull catcher and two “Lazer” LED spots in the radiator grille. The wheelhouses are filled with mighty 20 inch beadlock aluminum rims in black which are covered with 305/55/20 BF Goodrich Tires and move far outwards with 30 mm spacers. Of course, due to the significantly changed wheel-tire combination, the speedometer was adjusted accordingly.

In our opinion, the most visually striking feature is the rather crazy full wrap. According to Hollmann it is called "Kryptec Design" and next to the body it can also be seen on the dashboard of the X-Class. And as powerful as the visual appearance, it is also powerful under the hood. By means of chip tuning, the six-cylinder diesel is missed, namely a leap in performance to an impressive 330 hp. So there should be few opponents on and off-road. Hollmann converts corresponding vehicles, if desired, and points out that the Kryptec design used is available in different colors and in other styles. And finally ... an impressive vehicle that doesn't necessarily make saying goodbye to the Stuttgart off-roader any easier.
